I have a question about How do I stop Windows from connecting to the Internet every time I open my browser?:

I have just the opposite problem ,my connection keeps defaulting to "never dial a connection ", every time I leave the internet.It is annoying to reset this to dial every time I want to go online. what could cause this??? and how do I fix this. thx.
