Question about 'How do I make the background of desktop icon text transparent?'

There is a neat little utility called TransText that runs on Windows startup that makes backgrounds of icons transparent (or you can make the icon background and icon text a particular colour if you so wish). It is only 32k. It definitely works with W95 and W98, not sure about 2000 or XP.
