Tuesday, May 7, 2002 at 1:56 am Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Stu Greaves (2 messages posted) There is a neat little utility called TransText that runs on Windows startup that makes backgrounds of icons transparent (or you can make the icon background and icon text a particular colour if you so wish).
