I have a question about How to Exit to DOS:

I am running windows 98 on an HP computer with 800MHZ procecessor and with 768 Megs of RAM. When I attempt to click on MS-DOS Prompt I get an message telling me that I do not have enough memory to run this program. This does not seem to be logical at all as I have at least 600Megs of Ram available. I am beginning to wander if some small file that is needed for dos to access the memory has been accidently deleted or something. Any help and/or suggestions as to what I might try would be gratefully appreciated. Oh and I can get to the dos prompt by rebooting in Dos Mode. Thanks, David Jones
