Question about 'What to do about error messages during Windows startup'

hello, recently i loaded a small freeware and latter uninstalled, it. ever since i'm having problem in startup. in normal mode i get message "invalid vxd dynamic link call to device no 3..."if i'm to re load it iwill have to do it thru cd drive but in safe mode it is inacessable what should i do to get round the trouble?" target="_blankhref="http://www.annoyances.org/exec/show/article07-001">What to do about error messages during Windows startup:
