Question about 'Get Rid of the Logon Screen'

I have a question about Get Rid of the Logon Screen:

I have Windows 98. I would like to eliminate the Logon screen. I have never entered a name or password, but get the screen every time. I do not have a "change password" tab under "Passwords". I do not have a name after "Log Off" in the start menu. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. John
