Question about 'What to do about error messages during Windows startup'

Hi, I recently went into my registry editor and deleted some key values that I thought I didn't need anymore. Now whenever I start my computer I get an error message that says windows encountered an error accessing the system registry. windows will restart and repair the system registry for you. Is there anybody who can help me?
