I have a question about Get Rid of the Unwanted Explorer Windows at Startup:

i tried everything in the article and i still have the unwanted folders poping every time windows 98 startup - do anyone know where does windows writes the open folders names to load it next time it boots to delete it manually if possible ???? "is written in .ini file or .dat file or in the registry ????
