At first everytime I tried to open a file froma disk in my cd-rw drive the screen kept going blank and shuting down. Now I cannot install my printer or scanner as I had to reformatt my computer. everytime I get to the stage where I restart my computer the desktop appears and then freezes, even after I reboot it will not come unfreeze help!!!!!!
