Alt-Hyphen for MDI windows

This only works if you're in an application that uses MDI (Multiple Document Interface).
This means that you can have several documents/windows/files open in the same program
at once. MS Office apps do this, also things like Paintshop Pro, mIRC, etc..
Alt-Hyphen works just like Alt-Space, but for MDI windows. Once you've got the menu
up, arrow keys hop around the windows.
