Question about 'When I choose ''Restate'' from the Start Menu, my computer shutsdown instead of restarting' Wednesday, February 19, 2003 at 11:33 am Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by pcgal (5 messages posted) I have a question about When I choose "Shut Down" from the Start Menu, my computer restarts instead of shutting down: My problem is just the opposite of the original article. At start/shutdown if I select restart my system shuts down. This also happens when loadng a program or doing a system change that requires restarting the computer. It just shutsdown. i tried looking at article hints and reversing to no avail. Any other suggestions?? Thanks!!
