I have a question about How do get the taskbar and desktop back if Explorer crashes:

OK, I'm sure that launching the task manager works fine in NT/XP. What about in 98? Is there any way of doing it? Of course it would be even better if Explorer didn't crash in the first place but it does from time to time, leaving me with no icons or taskbar. Having to reboot is a real pain.
