Question about 'Customize Context Menus'

I have a question about Customize Context Menus:

The strangest thing is happening on my computer. I'm using Windows 98. I would like jpg images to open in Internet Explorer, but Adobe Photoshop seems to have colonized the jpg extension. Here's what's strange, though: I go to a folder, click "View--Folder Options" and go to "File Types." But there is NO listing for a photoshop jpeg image. I've tried remove all associations from jpeg images ,and then starting over--creating a new file type with a .jpg extension, and trying to associate it with IE. But when I do that, I get an alert saying that the .jpg extension is already attached to Photoshop--JPEG image. But how can i edit THAT listing when it's not even among the list of file types?!!! Help! thanks.
