Hi, Yesterday while surfing the net, my system froze. As usual, I pressed ctr, alt, del - it did'nt work. So I hard booted the system. Then the login message appeared and later on, there were no desktop icons nor the taskbar. I pressed ctr, alt,del again - saw explorer.exe in taskmanager. When, I pressed end program, it gave the message 'system appears to be busy, please wait for 20 secs' multiple times. Finally, I had to hardboot it again. This happened multiple times. Please help.
