Question about 'How do I fix the ''Details'' view in Explorer?'

When I am going on the internet, My opening sequence stalls----So I press C/A/D and
I get a message:
"our 'my details' are not responding"
So, I click on END TASK.
Why am I getting this and how can I correct it??
