I have a question about Prevent file corruption problems:

I have problems installing new programs on my computer. During installation, I get an error message about "corrupted files". In the beginning, I thought it only happens with programs loaded down from the internet, but now I bought one of the programs (Netscape 7.1) on CD on I still get the same error message! I ran Scandisk, System File Checker, a Virus Scan, Defragmenter and everything appears to be fine. Does anybody have an idea? Thanks a lot, Mike
