I have a question about Turn
off the Flying Paper Animations:
I went into reshacker and just deleted the avi's and saved the dll as shell32na.dll
in windows\System folder.
I restarted and went into Command Prompt and deleted shell32.dll, then renamed shell32na.dll
(which is
Shell3~1 in DOS) to shell32.dll and booted up windows.
Whenever you would normally see the animation, you just see gray blank space. It
works! No Problems!
