I get a file not found message on start-up, saying MSINET.OCX is missing. What can I do to fix it?

I have a question. On start-up, I get a message box, saying MSINET.OCX, 'File not found'. My computer still works and runs all of my programs. It is just annoying and I don't know how to fix it or get rid of it. I am running windows 98. Could you please help?
