I have a question about Things that slow down system bootup:

I have just put in a 30G hard drive,have 256M of memorey,I have deleted all but 46 fonts,got a 500mhz prosser,noyhing in start -up .and my computer is still slow plus i am on dsl THANKS FOR ANY HELP DEWEY
