I have a question about When I choose "Shut Down" from the Start Menu, my computer hangs at the "Please Wait" screen:

THIS IS THE QUESTION THAT COMES CLOSEST TO MY PROBLEM WHEN I'M SHUTTING DOWN, BEFORE MY WALLPAPER DISAPPEARS A BOX APEARS. ON THE TOP LEFT CORNER IT SAYS "ANNCLIST" IN THE MESSAGE BOX IT SAYS "THIS PROGRAM HAS COMMITTED AN ILLEGAL OPERATION AND WILL BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY" PLEASE TELL ME WHAT'S WRONG I'M SORRY IF THIS QUESTION DOES NOT BELONG HERE.
