Here's what I've posted on this site several times before. Follow the instructions
exactly and post back how it works.
1. Create a new shortcut to Internet Explorer (iexplorer.exe)
on the desktop by right clicking on Desktop and selecting
New | Shortcut.
2. Right click the shortcut, select Properties and change
the Target to:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" -k
3. Run the new IE shortcut and get a full screen IE window.
4. Right click on some link on a web page and select "Open
in New Window" and you should get a 99% maximized window
instead of the usual small second window.
5. Close the new window and close the full screen window
by hitting Alt-F4.
6. Now try your usual Internet Explorer shortcut (that
doesn't have the -k switch) and you'll be able to
"Open in New Window" and still get a window that's
pretty close to being maximized.
7. Unless you want a full screen IE, delete the IE shortcut
containing the -k switch.

When ever I open a new window, it comes up about the size of a postage
stamp. How can I get it to open in a larger size or full screen.
