If i has been installed,

Using Kodak Imaging

Kodak Imaging enables you to view, annotate, and
perform basic tasks with image documents, including
fax documents and scanned images.
You can start Kodak Imaging by clicking Start, pointing
to Programs, pointing to Accessories, and then clicking
Imaging.

If it hasn't been installed, you can install it from
the "add/remove" program function. Select the
Windows Setup tab and under "Accessories"
select "Imaging". Make sure you have your Windows
disk handy.
