I have a question about Troubleshooting
Driver Problems:

I always get a message saying that my drivers are not properly installed.... How do I fix this? Also I can play music on my cd drive but I cannot get it to take any other type of program...It reads D:drive not accessable. How do I fix this? Calling HELP! from Texas....

You did not specifically mention the driver in question. However, if has to do with a device you installed I suggest you remove the hardware via the system icon in the control panel and reinstall it. With respect to the cd rom. I suggest you confirm the drive is properly identifiable from MY COMPUTER or EXPLORER. check there is no conflict in drive letters or labelling. Confirm there is no additional driver needed for your CD rom(windows should have supplied this). If the above does not solve your problems. Backup your data and reinstall the o/s. Karl. (uk)
