I have a question about Clean
up your hard disk:
Can someone help us? My defrag doesn't work., and I don't know what paul d is saying!

the problem is with the antivirus the shedule of works or some virus .
when something access the disk the defragmentacion program stops and restart.
it cud done thease 10 times until stops defragmenting
you cud restart your pc in fault proof mode pressing f8 when windows starts
when your pc is in these mode the antivirus and other programs dont run
then you run the defragmentacion program
