Buy Norton or Macafee or such. I like Norton 'cos it explicitly checks e-mail in
and out of your PC

That is a Virus *TEST* file (to check your Virus program/s) I got mine at McAfee
a long time age to check Virus programs. Beats me how you got it, but check out the
link below;

Guten Tag Hubert,

Dear Ian,
Here's a cheap solution to make it much more difficult for worms to enter your computer:
¬Get a mail client that does not run script automatically.
Mozilla E-mail is a good example and it's free.
Outlook Express and Outlook run all scripts automatically.
There may be patches for them, but I don't know how secure they are. Remember that
a preview of a document might run the scripts inside.
Norton Antivirus 2003/4 provides email scanning regardless of the Mail Client you
are using and can therefore be recommended.
Regards,
Xyloc

Get yourself a good anti-spam software. try Mailwasher Pro from www.firebreach.com.
Try it free for 30 days, and purchase it if you decide to keep it. It is effective
in keeping spam and viruses from intruding your e-mail accounts.
