IE freezes

I don't know if its just IE but when i search with IE it will freeze for about 10-20
seconds and then it will do the search. I am running version 6 of IE but i had 5
and still did the same thing. If anybody would know anything about this i would
greatly apreicate some help.

As in alot of the questions in here, you should check out your system resources and
try to keep them above 80% and should have more then 56megs of RAM

Try to run scan disk first and also empty your history list of IE before using it.

I have exactly the same problem and I suspect that it might not just be IE. I have
tried using ad-aware - program that elliminates spyweare programs that slow down
your computer and use up ur resources, it cleaned all of them, but the problem still
persists. Mine would just freeze every 10 mins for up to a min... and I on DSL and
have a 512 ram ... any ideas ?
