Looks like the article is missing, but you can't change what runs when you choose
Shutdown.

Do you know of any way to change which items are available on the right side of the
Start Menu, such as My Documents, My Pictures, etc, OTHER than the ones available
through the built-in Advanced Start Menu settings window?
