I have a question about Windows
keeps forgetting simple settings, such as screen colors!:
When I click on the start button and the menu window appears, most of the time the
vertical 'Windows 98' (background blue) bottom left hand corner, is missing or dissorted.
I am wondering if there is a solution for this, without reinstalling win98.

Update your drivers for the graphics card.
