I have a question about How do I stop Windows from connecting to the Internet every time I open my browser?:

This does not work for me. After changing the settings, I exit and then open my brower again(NS or IE), and it will bring up the DUN window. Any other ideas?

This is indeed a very very annoying feature of windows. If all else fails, which it did for me, just simply make a "fake" connection with nothing in it, and set it as your default. For kicks you can name it "ya ya" or something. This way when your browser tries to pull a quick one, it gets stuck with the fake connection! Hope this helps. Alex ;)
