Question about 'Print Out a Directory Listing'

I have a question about Print Out a Directory Listing:

The directory that is being printed is not the target directory. For example I would have expected that if I right click on the System folder in the Windows directory and pull down to Print that I would have a printout of the contents of the System directory, instead I get a print of the Windows directory. I believe this has to do with the line CD %1 (which by the way is unneccessary the batch file can be just DIR .\%1 >LPT1). I don't know how win98 runs their arguments for batch files with right click runs. My half-baked fix for myself was to alter the properties of PRINTDIR.BAT so that it has a command key of CTRL+F12 so that way I can print any directory from inside it with that keystroke.

There are many apps around that will do this far better than that half-baked solution, which gives very untidy output. Here's one:-

Karen Kenworthy's Directory Printer
