I have more info about Get Rid of Irritating Splash Screens:

F.Y.I. - There is another way to get rid of Norton Utilities' splash screen. You must have the NU Integrator (the NU icon inside the blue circle) installed for this to work. Simply click on the icon, hit 'options' at the top left, and go to the general settings tab in the dialog box. Uncheck the 'Display Splash Screens" option. You can also get rid of those intro screens when first using any of the utilities by unchecking the next option.
