Question about 'What to do about error messages during Windows startup'

Through a series of uninstallations and installations, I ended up with the error
message that MSVCP60.DLL was not found and that cd_clint.dll failed to load upon
startup. When I click ok and ok, the system seems to work fine.
However, when I checked the Systems folder in Windows, I could locate the MSVCP60.DLL
file!!!
Do I need to replace this file? How can I get rid of the error message?
Thanks.

Your system is trying to load some spyware which you contracted during a previous
install. To completely remove this from your system you may have to edit your registry.
Go to:http://www.cexx.org/cydoor.htm
