Question about 'Identifying the programs that Windows runs at boot'

I have a question about Identifying
the programs that Windows runs at boot:
Ran TweakUI, changed a few settings, now Norton Antivirus, Intellimouse, and a few
other programs that used to load automatically--without being in the Startup folder--no
longer load. Tried to get Norton Antivirus in particular to load and be resident,
but no amount of setting tweaks would get it to do so.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.

Have you tried --Start-run-msconfig Then open the start folder and check the ones
you want to start?
