I have a question about Restart
Windows without Restarting your Computer:
Hello all,
I started to use the suggested .bat file in the article. It causes the computer to
hang at restart. However, the shift+restart works. Is this a known issue? If yes,
advise me. If no, I can provide more info.

Umm...did you say that the restart worked when you tried the restart function?
Isn't that kind of redundant redundant?
