Specific window popup (dex.asp) on IE

When I use Internet Explorer (5.0), every 2-3 minutes a new window pops up with this
format as the URL:
http://dex.asp/?User_ID=dex.asp?User_IP=&User_Browser=IE&User_URL=
The time between popups is random and I think depends on the amount of mouse clicks
in the browser.
I thought it's spyware stuff so I donwloaded and ran ad-aware 5.62 that indeed found
and removed some spyware but the window keeps poppin up.
This must have started when I downloaded and istalled Kazaa. I don't know how to
find what causes this to happen.
For your info, I have tried installing IE4 and again IE5 with no result. My system
is clean of viruses and trojans, I have formatted and installed Windows 98 just a
moth ago.
I am asking you if you know what could cause this and a way to eliminate it, through
some registry editing or some software.
The "dex.asp" line does not appear as a file in my PC nor as anything in my registry
Thank you

Just to add: I am not looking a way just to automatically close this window, I would
prefer to clean my system of whatever is causing this...

Hit ctrl-alt-delete to get a list of running programs (with no programs running)
and post it to the group. That way we should be able to determine if it's something
running in the background.

Programs Running

Here are the programs running:
Explorer
Internat
Alogserv (never seen this on my previous system)
Rnapp
Systray
By the way, I had some fatal exceptions from explorer.exe these days for no obvious
reason, and with explorer still running after me selecting to shut down. I was told
I may have a trojaned Explorer. Do you know if it's possible to replace this file
with a clean one?

In case you read this and wander, here is what I found out:
I had a spyware still on my system with the name "Clicktilluwin" which probably came
with Kazaa. Although I haven't eliminated completely, I found the way to delete the
.exe file that cause me some trouble (explorer.exe). If you want more info, try
