Question about 'Designate Your Own Drive Letters'

I have a question about Designate Your Own Drive Letters:

I installed a second hard drive. It shows up on bootup, in the CMOS, and under the Control Panel/System (though it has no drive letter, and I can't give it one.) It does NOT show up in Explorer. Any ideas?

Did you put any partitions on the drive and format them? Check out the sections on
partitioning and formatting on my web site for help:
