Question about 'Share an Internet Connection'

I have a question about Share an Internet Connection:

I have 2 PC's with a Toshiba Cable Modem. My ISP is Cox. My host PC is connected directly to cable modem and has ICS loaded and working. The 2nd NIC in host is connected to a 5 port hub. My client PC's NIC is connected to the hub also. I can ping the host PC from client and I can ping the default gateway from the client but I cannot fore whatever reason get Internet Explorer to connect to a web page. I have tried everything I can think of and am looking for some input. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
