Question about 'Limit Access to Users'

I have a question about Limit Access to Users, My company use a LAN to access the Internet which connected wirelessly to ISP. Normally we use MS Outlook for communication within a company where by all messages are stored to the ISP server (i.e. we don't have mail server). We need to restrict Internet surfing without disturbing mail communication through MS Outlook. Please advice on how should we do.

Our company just gathered all of the managers together
and called them "White Collar Criminals" for surfing the
internet and sending/receiving personal email on company
time. As you can guess, everyone was overjoyed to hear
that. Maybe you can just tell them that their internet
activities are being monitored and action will be taken with
those that abuse it.

Install a firewall between the Internet and your servers and block access to the port associated with the http and ftp protocols (usually 80 and 20/21 respectively).

I would do a search on how to Limit Access to Microsoft Outlook with a LAN and see what you find out. I use Poledit and that helps restrict stuff but not Outlook. I have found a software called Security Officer 2000 and it will restrict users to Outlook. You have to have user names though. I will send you the site and you can read about it. that is if you want to restrict certain users from Microsoft Outlook the site is www.compelson.com/soft.htm and hopefully you will find out what you need. If that does not work Email me and I will do some searching for you. Hopefully this will work. By the way do you know how to get the Network logon on startup? It will not work for me thanks for doing buisness with you

Well in our windows 2000 system we use our won exchange server but we've blocked the users internet surffing by installing Microsoft ISA server and by using its web proxy feature only selected users have full internet access all others only to where we choose or not all.
