I have a question about Replace the Ugly Startup and Shutdown Screens:

My problem is i can get the bmp to come up but it changes color "like the bottom of the default logo.sys that boots normally" if anyone knows how to make this stop please help. thanks

Maybe you didn't make the bmp the correct size to fill the whole screen?
