I would 1st check to see if you can untick it from the startup menu. Start - Run
type in msconfig OK select starup tab and check in thie to untick it...post back
if it doesnt help.

Now Im getting this "Open With"pops up every time I try to open anyprogram It reads
" click the program you you want to use to open the file "Winword.EXE"
If Im trying to open word if Im trying to open Quickenit would show "QW.exe This
happening with any program I attempt to open
What will correct this???
