I have a question about Share
an Internet Connection:
I have a cable ISDN modem connected to my network card via ethernet connection. I
have a second network card installed which connects to two other computers over a
LAN. I am using Windows 98 SE, one of the other PC's has XP installed can ICS work
over these two formats?

you certainly can, you need to install the ICS protocol on the gateway machine only,
this is done through the control panel > addremove programs > windows setup in windows
98se.
Make sure that the gateway PC's IP is entered on the TCP/IP properties in the Network
Dialogue in control panel, and the DNS details are included. (host name (Computer
name) - domain (eg WORKGROUP), and the search order (Computer name). This only needs
to be entered on the non-host machine
