Question about 'My extra-cool DOS game won't run under Windows'

When running older DOS games in Win98, I get some kind of display/refresh problem in the form of flickering horizontal lines on the right hand side of the screen. I tried Moslo and that helps as it slows everything down, but the lines are still there - is this perhaps a graphic card problem I can solve? By the way my card is a Voodoo3 and system is a fairly humble 450Mhz K6-2.

Joe: when running older DOS games in Win 98 reduce your screen resolution to 640x480 and colors to 256. For other variables, right-click the game's icon and choose Properties. For help with making these changes, click Start, Help, Contents, Troubleshooting, MS-DOS programs.
