Just a thought nobody will answer your question
coz you've kept the question to yourself

While rebooting your PC hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard - This will give you
startup options. Select option 4 - Step-by-step confirmation and answer No to the
program you do not want to load at startup.
Another option is to use msconfig (Start - run - msconfig) as suggested elswhere
in this forum.
