Deleting msbb.exe

I am attempting to delete msbb.exe off of my hard drive, but I am told that I can't
because it is shared with Windows. Is there another way that I can delete this application?
I really do not want any monitoring applications on my computer.

You might try: Ad-Aware 5.62
Also, just for information: List
of detection tools

After a little more looking, I'm not entirely sure now, if ad-aware would fix this.
Here's a discussion you might want to review: Dotnow’s
outrageous ‘msbb.exe’

After reading this the other day.....I KNOW I wouldn't be that desperate for free
Internet service! Someone came up with answer to this problem on this forum. You
might be interested in reading about it. It's gonna take more than Ad-Aware to get
rid of it.
