I have a suggestion about Clear Unwanted Entries from the Start Menu's Run Command:

After about three hours of heads banged against walls we found questionable apps called Alexa and Time Sink on an otherwise healthy system that was having annoying floppy drive accesses on command runs. GRC.com offers a link to a program called ad-aware from Lava Soft That immediately took care of the problem. All of the other solutions listed here looked good though.
