Question about 'What to do about a Page-fault, Illegal operation, or Fatal exception Error'

For the last few days i have been getting a (wnad error) and if i click it off
i freeze the computer.. What is causing this and how do i find out . It shuts down
computer if i close it .. and then freezes the pc..
