I had written a nice, long thing about how reboot is to restart, and that during an OS installation it often reboots the computer during the course of it... Then I came up with a brilliant comparison of your statement, to people saying that a car engine they are cranking (you hear the rrr-rrrr-rrrr and it even sputters a bit like it's about to catch) "doesn't turn over". It's obviously a misunderstanding as to what the word "reboot" means, a misunderstanding on your part. I suggest looking at a glossary of computer terms! and buy some PC magazines. However, it doesn't do anything because it requires DOS commands. That doesn't help me at all. Any help for me, I'm addicted to scrabble.
