Hi, When I try to open setup for the internet connection wizard, I get this error message: Failed to load the Internet Connection wizard helper component. What can I do to correct this? Thanks

Internet Connection Wizard 4 ME!

I just downgraded my Windows XP to a Windows ME to save some disk space, and now, whenever I click on the internet explorer icon, three things happen: 1. Error Message: "Failed to load the Internet Connection Wizard Helper Component" 2. Error Message: "Icwconn1 has caused an error in ICWUTIL.DLL" 3. This pop-up on how to register for MSN Internet Access comes up. Also, this is for WINDOWS ME, not WINDOWS 98....so don't give me a Windows 98 solution......
