I have a comment about Better
Floppy Formats:

Note: this article refers to a "DOS Prompt", not the same as you get by re-starting in DOS. To access a DOS Prompt, click on: Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > MS-DOS Prompt. (I think this is where it is in the default Windows configuration; I have customized my Start Menu so much that I cannot remember. If this is incorrect, someone please correct me, won't you?)

Or just choose "Run..." and type "cmd" (without the quotes, of course)

cmd.exe is the nt command line. in dos-based versions of windows, it's command.com, so start -> run, command.
