I have a question about How
do I make the background of desktop icon text transparent?:
After downloading disappear.exe and then executing, a box for 'disappear' shows,
but nothing happens. Any help is appreciated. I'm using W98 se.

There is another free app called Transparent. I've tried
them both, and Transparent is better, IMHO. Sorry I don't have a link for you.

I have that problem sometimes. If you Ctrl+Alt+Del once and "End task" the disappear.exe
that's running, then start it again, it'll usually work.
