I just downloaded one of the file shareing programs and now I'm having a problem. Only when I use the program when I shut down my computer I get the blue screen and must shut down manually. When I downloaded the program I got the error message can't locate C:\windows\system32\notepad.exe what could have happened and what can I do to fix it thank you..............Freda

I'm not sure what you mean by "file sharing programs", but I would uninstall it via Add/Remove Programs and then restore the registry: Reboot the computer and hold down the Ctrl key until the Startup menu appears. Select Command Prompt only and enter "scanreg /restore" without the quotes. Choose a registry backup that predates the start of the problem.
